The Greatest Match I ever seen was Ricky Steamboat VS. Mil Mascaras in Mexico City Mexico.June of 1983. Both Men were at the Peek of their careers and in peak Physical condition.The match was known as a scientific match at the time many high risk maneuvers and all around great chain wrestling.The match was decided a draw after 60 minutes of Wrestling action.
My next favorite Pro Match has to be On September 17th, "Nature Boy" Ric Flair defeats Dusty Rhodes in Kansas City.
as it marked the first title reign of the greatest champion in the sport.
Dusty Rhodes truly Beat the Nature Boy in everyway but in the end Flair Learning Martial Arts and the Figure Four leg lock nwere the deciding factors as he is crowned champion.
My favorite Indy match of all time pitted Bran Danzig against Abdullah the Butcher at the Danville fairgrounds. Both men did unspeakable things to each other. The Butcher used the popcicle stick
on Danzigs head and carved out a mess. At the end Danzig won the match but Abdullah won the war. Danzig lost more blood than I had ever seen one person lose in a wrestling match.
My next favorite Indy match alltime pitted Blizzard against Cannabus in the cage. Both men took a beating. Tacks,in a cage all types of foreign objects a stick wrapped in barred wire just all around hardcore action. The crowd was in total shock of what it saw, but not this fan he enjoyed every minute. Blizzard won this bloodbath but the crowd at the Wentworth Armory took a greater victory.
